What do you love about this habit?

Tell us what benefit or joy will this habit bring you? 

Example: Running everyday will make me feel consistent, fit and healthy.  

Two-minute version

If you are not able to do the full suite, what is a two minute version of the habit that you can do to still count it a win?

 

Example: A two minute version of running 5km (the habit) is me putting on my running attire jogging on the spot for 1 minute. 

Preparation work needed

Is there anything you need to prepare to ease the friction of you doing the habit? If so, what is the preparation work that is required? 

 

Example: The preparation work for my running is to ensure that my running attire is ready and laid out.
